Fresh and colourful, our Salmon Green Taco is served in a soft shell. Imported from Scotland, the salmon is accompanied by sweet cucumber, coriander dressing, wasabi peanut and chalaca sauce: a flavour that transports you to the seaport city of Callao in Peru.

Our Lamb Taco is seasoned in Moroccan Ras El Hanout l. Ras El Hanout translates to ‘head of the shop’ or top-shelf, suggesting some of the best spice mixes on the market.Zuaya’s kitchens might be closed today and tomorrow but we look forward to welcoming you from the 26th onwards
