This. About 18% of VicPD street checks ('07-'17) were labeled “problem oriented policing,” including stops for reasons like “camping,” “curfew,” “panhandling” and “wake ups.” Hundreds of those street checks were literally officers waking people up and then recording their info.

I watched the police rush in to protect PBs surrounded by antifascists but when the PB surrounded a member of the press there weren't even police around to do anything. Who leaves a group of fascists roaming the streets unattended? Fascists do.
