To be a Welsh nationalist is only to want to be a confident, vibrant, independent nation. I don’t believe it is superior to others, but neither will I ever accept it is inferior & unable to chart its own course, and provide a fairer, brighter future for its citizens.

Indeed... it's clear the status quo isn't working for and that makes anybody with an ounce of sense feel

Yes, it's got nothing to do with one's place of birth but a lot to do with one's commitment to a better and fairer society.

As someone who voted "Yes" in 2014 (and not an SNP supporter) this kind of "too poor, too small" talk irked me. Of course, Scotland and Wales CAN be independent - the issue is whether they SHOULD be. When the UK government treats us with disdain, it answers that question for us.

Some folks have already mentioned that Wales is 'too poor, too small, too wee' - something our comrades will recognise 😅 - but we in know that that's just not the case. Look at this map. Those four countries don't even touch the sides of Wales.

Likewise, totally support Welsh independence as I do Scottish. English politics is national politics for England not the UK. All power to the independent movements. Yep, I'm English fully behind too!

(1/2) Hi All..Is there anyone in Port Talbot who wants to get involved more actively in the Port Talbot Yes Cymru group and organise some "real-life" activity (meets, events, stalls etc). We are a small group at present, and are looking for people to get these sort of activities
