This is insanity. The White House opposes scaling up testing because it wants PEOPLE ACTIVELY INFECTED WITH COVID-19 TO GO TO WORK

In law school, we spend three years practicing how to apply the law to sets of hypothetical facts and situations. If she "can't" do this, not only should she not be a Supreme Court justice. She can't even be a lawyer. Its pure refusal

Yes, but I suspect the temporality of the original music prior to the late '70s is the root cause. Amazon stumbling on the long tail phenomenon and the subsequent rediscovery by later generations is probably the main driver here. If it can't be digitized, it remains in obscurity.

I'm going to be very interested to hear the spiritual and verbal gymnastics many Christians are going to have to engage in to justify this. I'm already wrestling with the implications of this in my own mind because I don't know if there's a "right" answer.

It's a fair statement. After all, he is still sick and all around him are getting sick. The level of callous and cavalier behavior regarding pandemic safety is staggering, EVEN AFTER HE CONTRACTED THE VIRUS AND INFECTED OTHERS.

Remember the ballots found in a river? Didn't happen. The military ballots in the trash? Not fraud. Over and over, Trump and his allies hype allegations to create a cloud of suspicion and over and over they don't hold up.

Good rundown from on the Austin police union official running for the TX House on a platform of baseless fear mongering over the defund movement. Oh and he also has a history of aggressive and violent policing at the department

I got news for ya, lady - pretty much every statement you made was racist. Just because you didn't say "black" or "brown" doesn't mean that racism was absent in your words. In America, class and race are very much intertwined.

It makes sense that the party yelling the loudest about a rigged election is the party rigging the election. I mean, they have the most first-hand evidence of the rigging, being the riggers.

They weren't given the option because the actions were technically legal. However, legal ≠ just. Qualified immunity must end and public accountability and consequences must begin. Mistakes happen but consequences must still exist and be applied. No other job allows this.

I don’t wanna hear how “pro-life” you are. Your president is telling white supremacists to stand back & stand by”. This is so much bigger than politics, this has to deal with whether my me, my wife, my brother, my mother, my father, or my children will be safe to go outside.
