Our idea is a simple using Melt some butter in a pan, stir in egg yolks, cheese & crème fraiche to make a delicious sauce & season to taste. Lightly toast some crusty loaf, then pour your sauce over the top & grill until bubbling!

According to bird experts: ‘Mild grated cheese can be a good way of attracting robins, wrens and dunnocks.’ No wonder we see all these species on our farm!

We were lucky enough to spot 5 Redwing’s in our hedgerows yesterday whilst doing our – a distinctive small thrush with a creamy strip above the eye and orange-red flank. A lovely sight.
