update: The southbound I-5 on-ramp from 220th St SW is still closed due to this water incident. The water has mostly cleared from the highway. A sweeper is cleaning up the ramp and right shoulder. Continue to expect slowdowns in the area and use alternate on-ramps.

I know that sign says Edmonds/Lake Forest Park, but that’s for the next exit. 220th is actually Mountlake Terrace
