For those living in Scottish tier 3 or 4 areas, who have formed an extended household with a household in another local authority. As far as I can see, it is a “reasonable excuse” (allowed) to leave your local authority area to meet someone in your extended household).

Thanks I hadn't appreciated it was Friday pm rather than am! I've not been paying attention to Holyrood in recent days, but have we seen any clamour for a move towards major changes being voted on before commencement? Big issue in England/Westminster...

The recent announcement wasn't just that areas would move between levels, but that additional restrictions would also be legislated for for those in Level 4 (particularly on travel).
