The Boston Tea Partiers were actual Indians. Double false flag.

In the dystopian world of the future, stairways have ads for elevators, elevators have ads for stairways, trains have ads for buses, buses have ads for trains, TV has ads for playing outside, and the sky has ads for TV shows.

I have so, so many questions about how this works. Have they isolated the active ingredient? Do they use synthetic sources, or natural? Who is the market for this product? Do they hire lesbians to do quality control?

Barely escaped from a knife slash attack, decided to go with it.

When it comes to problems you're likely to encounter in real life, I'd take Encyclopedia Brown over Jupiter Jones or Tom Swift.

I played around with that idea in the Yankee Republic universe. After a world-ending disaster, God tweaked a few things to make nuclear fission impossible.

Brilliant! Apparently this is a genre called "prospiracy theories."

A new type of processor will be created which breaks Planck time. As soon as it's turned on, it will collapse into a singularity and destroy the Earth. On the plus side, we get to find out what the inside of a black hole is like.

If my calculations are correct, I will reach an infinite number of Twitter followers on Thursday, June 25, 2020. All matter in the solar system will be converted into energy in a futile attempt to keep up with the computational requirements.

This establishes a geometric progression of 0.4808917197452229. Each additional 100 followers takes slightly less than half as long as the previous 100 followers.

I need 1 more follower to make sure the world will end on a Thursday. I'll explain later.

The creepiest story EVER in this vein (discovering the truth about a cryptic childhood memory) is "The Professor's Teddy Bear" by Theodore Sturgeon.

TFW you find out your childhood home was built on top of a CIA black site and the voices you heard coming out of the old well when you were 3 years old were real.

I like the synth/vocal tones they use for the giant robots. I'm picturing inside the robot, twiddling his synths to make terrifying noises and laughing madly. It's like a rave but with slighly fewer fatalities.

My theory is that "green" originally meant "blue," and it was actually green that was the last color to be identified. It wouldn't be the first time a word was redefined to mean a subset of its original meaning...
