It’s in standard - you’d only ever need one to craft it in standard. The rest isn’t final but I fully expect Historic Wildcards to only be in Historic packs now the 2:1 thing has been complained about so much.

Oh my god?!?!?! I would LOVE IT if this is the way through which Red becomes the second(technically third I guess because Blue) color to be able to mess up with your opponent's hand

Like, I could imagine some sort of Red Thoughtseize reading like "Instant, R: look at target player's hand and choose a card, that player discards that card, and if they do, they draw a card, then this deals 3 damage to you" or something
