18362.10005 is the current (19H2) build released to Slow Ring.

Setting it to Fast will give you 20H1 builds. Setting it to Slow will give you 19H2 builds. More on 19H2 here: .

This is the current Semi-Annual Channel build and not an Insider build. Can you confirm your device is correctly registered for the Windows Insider Program and assigned to a ring?

In the Feedback Hub on the left select "Feedback" then on the right select "My feedback". Next select the feedback you want to share. Now in the upper right corner you should see the the "share" icon. Click it to generate a link.

Are you one of the (very) small number of stuck on builds between 18912-18926? Reboot! We talk about the bug causing the snag and the workaround (reboot!) in this Answers thread post:
