I was really hoping this was a hoax. A sad tragedy for one of the country’s best players and a Penn Valley (my hometown) native.

Worrisome article this month. In 2 large health systems in IN and TX, 2.3% of ALL 1.8 million visits to their EDs had a CTPA to r/o PE. Think hard about that for a moment: ~2 out of every 100 patients who show up in the ED got a CTPA.

I've stopped doing AOgrams post deployment unless I'm worried about coronary obstruction. It adds no actionable info but does add contrast, time and radiation. I get we all wanna see our results, but are we doing it for us or the pt? (Disclaimer: predominantly S3 shop.)

That’s why we developed the so we have a Pre-shape with bipolar contacts that start in the lvot all the way to the apex. Agree with that embolizations can’t happen in 2020. We have supreme confidence on capture and FDA approved after a clinical trial.
