It’s great to see Federal Labor putting housing front and centre in their pitch to oust the truly awful Morrison Govt. A Shorten Labor Government will have a Housing Minister at the Cabinet table. Victorian Liberals didn’t even have a housing policy at the last election!

If I'm elected Prime Minister, we will help more Australian families with the cost of rent and turbocharge housing construction in Australia.

I’m frustrated and angry. Our government is running away. From governing, from the parliament, from responsibility. From letting us do the right thing by sick kids on Nauru - we won’t forget them, or stop fighting for them.

The Libs have 20 seats in the lower house, compared to Labor’s 57. Lib leader O’Brien: “What we lack in quantity, we make up for in quality”. 3 female Libs in the lower house. 3! With the quality they’ve overlooked, I can’t wait to see how awesome they are after 2022

The Senate will shortly attempt to ensure ill people on Manus and Nauru, detained for 5 yrs, can access medical assessment in Aus. An opportunity compel a cruel Government to act with humanity and decency. We need to call every Govt MP NOW and ask them to back the Bill

Hawthorn still too close to call. A stunning repudiation of the Liberals’ track away from evidence-based policy (safe injecting rooms) and towards the alt-right (by running climate change deniers). The sensible centre have deserted in droves.

The terrific has been a long-standing contributor to the Burwood campaign. We were sad to lose her for a few days of transitional help to the new NSW Labor leader, but delighted to have her back!!

Wattle Park is a local icon – and we’ll make it even better. If we’re re-elected, we’ll build a Tan-style running track around the outside of the park, and a brand new kids adventure playground on the inside. Only Labor will get it done.

Fantastic to be in the Burwood electorate today with our great local candidate We announced a major $4m upgrade at Parkhill Primary! It’s a wonderful local school and we will make it even better!

Does it get any more shameless than this? Demonising those suffering from drug addiction for political advantage is just disgusting - and the Liberals aren’t even running in Richmond, where the safe injecting room is located!!

Just when you thought it couldn’t get better, Senator James Paterson rocks up. It’s the Peter Dutton Fanboy Hour in Burwood this morning!

Ever wanted to meet a real-life climate change denier? Come down to early voting at Suite 6, 144-156 Highbury Rd, Burwood. Graham Watt is here with the rest of the local Flat Earth Collective. It’s a hoot.

If we're re-elected on November 24th, we'll help tens of thousands of Victorian renters install solar panels at home. We’ll cover half the cost up front. Landlords will pay a quarter over time. And tenants will pay their share in monthly instalments over four years.

Jeff Kennett & the Liberals shut schools - including Richmond High School. We've re-opened Richmond High, and opened 25 other schools in just 4 years. If we're re-elected, we'll open 100 more. It'll mean new buildings, new classrooms, and a new place of pride for Victorians.

Some facts. Unemployment is 4.5% (6.7% under the Libs). We've created 390,000 jobs (them: about a third of that). Our surplus is $2.3 billion (them: $1.1b). Net debt as share of economy, below level we inherited. Leading economy in the nation (them: 5th)
