The average Linux app developer has put in exactly two seconds of thought towards "design language," before littering their app with toolbars and buttons. If theme devs can make that better, more power to 'em.

Not to mention that they break with the default theme between minor version updates even if you don't change anything. rio -b mode is already too much customization.
