Stripe’s new virtual corporate card product looks great, also strikingly similar to 💳 Quick thoughts: 1. Software is a commodity, brand/distribution matters 2. Is Stripe trying to be more like AWS (suite of products)? Not Salesforce (Force platform / AppExchange)

Hah! Happened to me as well, cleaning fee makes sense if you plan to stay for a longer period and in such case you should also get a discount.

Almost every Enterprise SaaS co with ~$100M ARR is taking this approach to accelerate next wave of revenue growth by selling to Financial Services & Healthcare customers. It might very quickly become a norm for the new age enterprise software to even break into these industries.

Yup, a lot of good ones in the Customer Success / Customer Experience Management categories. My fav. ones are and a few in stealth. The best part is, all these tools need (good data) to deliver on their promise :)

Seeing a lot of Email Marketing / Marketing Automation tools with >$10M ARR trying to become Customer Experience Platforms. Why? Code is a commodity, once you have a strong brand SaaS is a playbook. Also, CXM means bigger budgets and huge TAM making room for multiple winners.
