I don’t kbow this situation specifically but I know people have to start bringing lawsuits. It is the only way to reverse the trend toward shutting down women with legitimate viewpoints.

The harassment to which faculty member Shereen Benjamin is being subjected, by members of her own union, plus staff LGBT network, is unbelievable. If you are at & sympathetic, please start sticking up for Shereen/ academic freedom to senior managers & union members.

He actually does not meet the statute in my view. But like Dems, Republicans had the chance to fight this out before now and chose not to.

He is He is a witness to whether there was reason for Trump to suspect wrongdoing in Ukraine. Biden is not exempt from inquiry merely because he is a candidate. You can decide he won’t be compelling but that is not the definition of relevance.

All Hands On Deck! We need everyone to email the South Dakota legislators tonight. The governor and senators are facing intense pressure to fail this important legislation. Please read through this, and email tonight. Thank you.

If I were Trump’s lawyers, I would want some discovery if he were to testify.

The other suspicious thing is that Bolton’s people publicly affirmed the NY Times content and then quickly blamed the White House. If they cared about legal issues rather than money, they would just have been silent until a ruling. Now they have attention to the book.

And the leak strikes me as especially the type of thing that would be covered. What was said —whatever it was—was said in a confidential setting. So one could think of several scenarios here.

This letter is the type of letter one would write if one anticipated a leak-or planned one. To opine that nothing is subject to executive privilege strikes me as a ridiculous thing for a lawyer to say. Private conversations of a President about official business are covered.

And how do we get to the point at which debate can be stifled? Oh yes. Denying opportunity (especially financial opportunity) to the people whom the forgery hurts most & who would, therefore, have the greatest motivation (and ability) to prove it to be a fake.

The discrimination against women includes the huge amounts of time we have to spend arguing basics-like the right to speak our own truth. The male-body centered LGBT leadership joins ultra conservatives in being responsible for that discrimination.

The should be standing up for other groups and objecting to this thinly veiled proposal to silence people. Instead, it sits there and pats itself on the back because it is excluded from the effects.

So the left just asks women and racial minorities to trade one group of masters for another.

And to be clear, the left has centered its efforts on the rights of white, male-bodied, and well-off lgbt persons (while claiming otherwise.) Everyone else’s civil rights advancement is conditioned on the needs & desires of that group.

This theme that the left has been attacking racism (or sexism) is false and laughable. Everything the left has done - including its approach to race and women’s issues-has been driven by its approach to lgbt rights. Everything.

A Government-funded study supporting puberty blockers for gender nonconforming kids as a means of suicide prevention. Scientists need to take a very, very, close look at the methodology and conslusions.

I should correct this. She left three kids. The child to whom she gave birth apparently lived.
