Directly off the CTP machine. The computer machine is telling me to do nothing. But I know that the goal of machines is to take over the world one person at a time. I wouldn’t let them take another one.

I’m with the Hill gang on this one. Gimme an ASPECTS and a CTA. I trust a NCCT core over a CTP core.

Largely, all you need in any time window is a NCCT and CTA. Speed is critical. Spend the minimum time to get the information you need to make the treatment decision.

Im generally anti CTP. Core estimates on CTP are often unreliable. Especially with SyngoVia. What is “dead” May never die.

Agreed. That’s what I thought the second I saw all the clot in that spider... I just love the 6Fr Sofia though and no currently available BGCs can accommodate.

Tandem occlusion. Angioplasty. Caught all the clot in the Spider. Captured Spider with 6Fr Sofia and aspiration. Then went after M1 with Sofia. TICI2b. Carotid open. No stent. Aspects 6.

But honestly. It is good they did the RCT. The theory made some sense. They tested their hypothesis. They got their result.
