Having done 125km and not seen food to buy for the last 120km... I wasn’t sure if these riders were a mirage or not! However we cleared the lot!

I notice the trees in Berlin too. Lots and lots of silver birch along the sides. They’re old and fading now, they only live 30 years or so. Must have all been planted as the border came down.
