I've not bought either yet but the ability to sync would be amazing and seal the deal. Is it easy to move a city back and forth? Is sync on the roadmap? :) Thanks!

Hey! So I’m really enjoying my Carry-On. Very few things to complain about, except the battery! The folks at have spoiled us with fast charging and USB-C and the like… can you guys not collaborate on some batteries that fit in the case slot?! Please!

It’s also not more affordable when you’ve bought a licence which is now not working how you expected! ☹️

Ah. This is an unexpected consequence. Can I run the Mac App Store version for some users and 1Password 7 for me on the same machine?

Yeah we were all successfully syncing our own private vaults via iCloud with the Mac App Store version. Happy to continue that way!

Sorry I wasn’t clear. I bought a licence for 1Password 7, not a membership. I installed it. It automatically removed the Mac App Store version for all users on this Mac. Other users on the same Mac now only have 1Password 7 but can’t use it without buying their own licence?

I was using Mac App Store version, but I bought a standalone licence for 1Password 7 direct. I’ve installed and other users on the family iMac are being prompted to buy a licence. The MAS version covered everyone on the Mac, does my new direct licence not do the same?
