Northwest Hardwoods and Hunter Defense Technologies are just two companies that have either downsized or closed in Buena Vista within the last few years. City officials are looking for ways to replace the jobs and fill vacant buildings.

For now, the board passed a motion for the radio committee to negotiate with RCV to use or amend the contract to address the concerns. If needed, they say they'll also consider getting a new consultant.
