Yesterday we revealed a brand new site specific commission for Brixton by Njideka Akunyili Crosby. The piece ‘Remain, Thriving’ depicts an imagined domestic scene of a gathering of grandchildren and great grandchildren of the Windrush generation in a fictional home in Brixton.

🌞Good morning London! We were very busy overnight installing our newest commission for Brixton station by Njideka Akunyili Crosby. ‘Remain, Thriving‘ is the first in a series of commissions for Brixton which take the area’s history of mural making as a starting point.
