So what’s our big message?! You don't need to undergo years of psychotherapy to understand how your mind 'works'. You just need to spend a little time gaining insights into your limiting belief systems, your negative thoughts, your strong emotions and your symptoms!

We don’t focus on isolated insights, tools and techniques to cope with a symptom or problem…this is ‘firefighting’ – trying to control or reduce the anxiety/symptoms AFTER they appear. You don’t need to fire-fight if you are not setting fires in the first place.
