In response to EPA’s recent announcement on enforcement discretion, DEQ clarified that all regulated entities in VA are expected to make every effort to comply with environmental obligations. DEQ will review non-compliance issues on a case-by-case basis.

There are still no cases of COVID-19 among incarcerated offenders. A VADOC employee at the Norfolk Probation and Parole office and an officer in training at VCCW have tested positive. The P&P office will be closed for three days and then cleaned in accordance with CDC guidance.
