About thirty seconds after a customer leaves with a sandwich, I realize I should've taken a picture of it. Here's a rare instance I remembered. This is the Dahlia, made of Prosciutto di Parma, Fresh Mozzarella, Heart of Romaine, and Garlic Aioli.

In Feb, we're featuring French cheeses from affineur Herve Mons. Made with mixed milks in the Roquefort style, 1924 Bleu is a sweeter, milder version of the all-sheep Roquefort. Serve with sliced pears or fig jam. A great blue cheese for both beginners and blue fanatics!

In Feb we’re featuring French cheeses from affineur Herve Mons. Tomme de la Chataigneraie is made from the milk of goats that graze in chestnut groves in the Auvergne, & sits on chestnut wood shelves during aging. A great appetizer or pre-dinner cheese with a glass of rose!

I love our website but it wasn't built to handle online ordering for food delivery/pickup. So, we're teaming up with to integrate a proper system into our site. It will take a little while to roll out but, in the interim, you can still order from our site or call in.
