Been jamming to Illdisposed since the mid 2000's, they are so underrated it's borderline criminal.

Nice. I recently began periodizing and am really enjoying it, basically for the same reasons.

Do you train like a bodybuilder (aesthetics), a powerlifter (power), a strongman (strength), no one of the above, or a combination of the above?

Interesting how things haven't changed. In Afghanistan, our plate carrier alone was 35-45lbs., not including pack, ammo, and other gear we carried. Typically, we'd head out with about 60-90lbs. of gear, body armor, weapons.

If there was one word I could use to describe Forndom, it'd be, "meditative".

Along with Wardruna, Danheim and Forndom are top notch. And Draconian is pretty much the most perfect Fall day captured in musical form.

Truly, one of the most tension-free experiences. As close to a psychedelic experience without the psychedelics. is the real deal. At times, I couldn't tell if I was awake or asleep, traveling through space, embraced in the primordial cocoon of a cave.

It was great. I mean, some of our graded assignments had us posting relevant content to our chosen social media platform while using the website as a jumping point, a"home base". But I liked how the emphasis was on social media as a means to find your site.

SNHU's undergrad for Creative Writing/English has a course specifically for building a website AND utilizing/maximizing social media platforms like Twitter for marketing. These were the books we used. Focus was on building a site, then branching from that site with social media.

Out in the field or on deployment, these were things we always talked about to widdle away the hours. Also aliens and ghosts.
