It is interesting to see that travelers with Nigerian passports are carefully isolated on arrival in Nairobi. Then yellow cards scanned. Not done to other nationals. Not a good sight.

If you need to water down your story to appeal to everyone, it will appeal to no one. The most effective stories match the world view of a tiny audience—and then that tiny audience spreads the story. - Seth Godin

One of the painful thing about selling yourself/services cheap is that when those people you sold yourself cheaply to level up, they won’t come to you to pay more, they will go to the expensive guys they couldn’t afford when they came to you because perceived value is important.

The new features I've heard today OPay now has in beta are things many have spent a long time building as businesses. At this point we should just call them OTroll, since every consumer tech venture in Nigeria is now just one feature away from being obliterated on OPay.😂🤣

To be able to identify the face/account behind every record change in the app. That way when someone complains about something, you simply just reference the audit trail log.

This is good too but depending on the kind of app you are developing, you might not even need this elegant form of security.
