Communicating research is a constant struggle between discovering something new and remembering what you *didn't* know when you started a project so you can connect with your readers. Simple fix: write your intro and your hypotheses early, then write about what made you wrong.

Congrats to my students, Kevin Bock and George Hughey, on their paper, "King of the Hill: A Novel Cybersecurity Competition for Teaching Penetration Testing" to appear in the workshop on Advances in Security Education. They piloted this in a class they taught!
