Thank you for letting us know. Which version of the Hue app are you currently using? And could you try rebooting both the Hue Bridge and the router by leaving them unplugged for at least 15 seconds?

Hi Niels, thank you for reaching out to us. Could you tell us more about the fixture you are using the bulb in? Does it have a built-in dimmer or a non Hue dimmer switch attached to it? And did anything change in the light settings when it started to flicker?

Hallo , sowohl im eingeschalteten, als auch im ausgeschalteten Modus sind unsere Lampen sehr verbrauchsarm. Dank unter anderem der Zigbee Technologie, mit der unsere Lampen miteinander kommunizieren, wird der Verbrauch im ausgeschalteten Modus kaum bemerkbar sein.

Hi there. It sounds like the bridge is not getting an internet connection from your router. Is the bridge directly connected to the main router? Do you have DHCP enabled on your router? Do you have a firewall, guest network or multiple networks enabled on your router?
