Hey, thanks for your message. When not using it in conjunction with the sync it will work as a normal light strip, meaning it will not be able to produce different colors. This might be implemented in the future, but we have no information about that at the moment.

Hey, thanks for your message. We have not heard about this being in the works, we're afraid. It's better to use the Hue Play bars for smaller screens, indeed.

Thank you for letting us know. Does it turn on when you quickly switch the wall switch of and on twice within 15 seconds? Does the switch have a dimmer option? We can see that you are located in Mexico, have you purchased the product in Mexico?

So all the other devices work correctly, except for the NVIDIA Shield? Can you connect your shield to either port 2 or 4, and check if it works correctly now? What happens if you lower the resolution to 1080p on the shield?

Hi! The Gradient Lightstrip needs to be powered by the power supply that comes with the product. We do not recommend to use it with the Sync Box power supply. Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Did you make sure to give the Hue app access to the local network? This needs to be granted with the newest iOS version.

Hi Lee. Thank you for reaching out. It should work the same as with iOS 13. Are you able to control the Hue lights within the Hue app?

The Philips Hue Play gradient lightstrip has been carefully designed — it lays at 45 degrees behind your TV, casting its light at an optimal angle to evenly distribute a halo of blended light.

Hi there, thank you for reaching out. Is there a Lightstrip connected to the same power adapter as the box? Could you double check if all cables are HDMI certified? They shall have a holographic sticker on the box. For more information see: .

If it is just on/off that would be okay. Do try it in a different fitting and let us know how it goes!

Hi Alberto, thank you for reaching out. Which product are you using, specifically? Does it not turn on with the app or with electricity at all?

Hi there, do you mean that you would like to use the Xbox with the Hue Play HDMI Sync Box? It's possible to plug any HDMI device into the sync box to sync up to 10 of your Hue lights, if you have the Hue Bridge as well.
