A6: ahhh, just cam up in conferences tonight...parents don’t feel comfortable online, so they have to trust their child that the online assignment is done properly

Yep, and that’s also my my students know they pretty much always have a choice of how they do the work, as long as they show the learning.

A3: My 5th graders love blended learning. They love the real access that online learning gives them at their on pace, and then I can work with them in small groups to target skills. Not sure how that would differ in middle/high.

A2: Empowerment is key, blended can create that because students can set their pace, but teachers still check in face to face to catch misconceptions, etc.

She always made us look at our students as ALL of our students. I’ve quoted her many times...if something goes well in your classroom, “Shame on you” for not sharing with your grade level. Every kid deserves that effective lesson.
