Verizon, why are you imposing a spam fee for something that is in no way spam? Get out of the way of an important tool for teachers and students!

The remind app and free text service helps local communities from the local school system, to social clubs, to youth sports teams and church youth groups. It allows them to stay in touch and disseminate information to a class or subscribed group easily.

This is unacceptable, . Messaging parents and students is ANYTHING but spam. Charging "spam fees" is a preposterous way to handle this issue. There HAS TO BE a better way, Verizon.

Remind is an awesome tool for teachers and parents to communicate important messages in a timely manner. Please reconsider Verizon! Educators and parents are counting on you to make this free for ALL parents!

I am very disappointed that will no longer support texts w/o a fee. It is anything but spam. This is a vital communication tool for teachers, parents, and students, one that I use almost daily. Please change this decision and make the right one.

Very sad to learn that Verizon will no longer allow Remind to send free text messages. This will greatly impact our communication with our parents. I really hope Verizon will reconsider this plan.

This is unacceptable ! Educators, Parents, & students benefit from the service of and ability for them to communicate via text message. Those messages are and you should .
