Some may view 2 hours of speaking with me as a punishment, but if you have some regulatory/strategic questions burning inside you, place a bid!

Must be top-down. Without amendments to the fed Cannabis Regulations, P/Ts could only enable pharmacies to sell under s.69 of the Can Act, which means no medcann to minors (likely a Charter violation). It also means 30g sale/possession limit as you won't be a "registered person"

I tried online chat first but was told they couldn’t cancel a service because they needed “verbal authorization” (i.e. an opportunity to harass me into changing my mind). More wasted time.

They will dispense from whoever’s product they choose to stock. Although I’m sure many will choose to white-label their curated selection of products.

Let’s be clear here. Enabling pharmacy distribution of medical cannabis needs to be enabled at the FEDERAL level first. Each prov govt / pharmacy regulator can then choose whether to turn on the tap. Not sure why the feds keep passing the buck on this.

. u absolutely suck! I can add hundreds of $ of services on your app but I have to endure a 20 min call to cancel a $7 service. With ur rep claiming I can’t cancel until I explain how I used the service & why I want to cancel (so u can try to upsell me) which is BS!!

Sadly, Canna Cabana Hamilton will be temporarily closing on Sundays due to supply issues. Even with only 25 stores in Ontario, the province is not immune to supply issues seen across Canada.
