I am not quite sure, I understand correctly. If you have 22 lists we'd expect for you to be able to scroll sideways in one motion. Would you mind sending a screenshot/recording of what it looks like on your end via so we can take a look?

The users could also edit the initials on their profile page (e.g including a middle initial) , but this can only be done by the relevant user themselves

Any chance you are a member of the card or watching the item? This would trigger a notification even if you are not directly mentioned. We do however not have a feature to follow up on comments. I'd recommend checking the activity on your profile page to follow up.

If the link is a http link, we'll default to the browser. You can edit the link to trello://trello.com/c/yourcardhere instead of . This will trigger deep linking to open the app.

We do not provide any phone support but if the user can not use the contact form have them email directly to support(at)trello(dot)com from their registered email address.

If you are using Trello Gold, you can find it on your personal billing section, if Business Class is in use, the team admins can get it from the team billing page:
