Right now, that's not possibe. If you'd prefer to get a notification at the due date time, you may want to integrate Trello with a third-party app such as Google Calendar. From there, you can use their apps to customize the notifications.

We do have some limits on the backend (), but it's not possible to limit the number of lists on boards on the front end. I'll pass on your interest on this to your team for their consideration!

You should already be able to scroll up and down in the board empty space to scroll horizontally. You can also click and drag in the empty space to scroll!
