For now, but there are those who want to take his right to free speech away. You are certainly free to disagree with him. That's the beauty of the freedoms earned through the blood of our veterans. Is it any wonder that some are offended by those who refuse to thank those vets?

Are you are advancing a eugenics argument? If not, can you explain and prove your hypothesis of lower intelligence in Albertans? Does lower cognitive ability extend to all western Canadians, or maybe even to everyone but you?

Pretty hard to exclude evidence that you haven't provided yet, but I should think that the best evidence would be government budget documents. Why not start there? It's really only the bottom line education spending number that matters, I should think.
