Med-ball Exercises (~Weeks 17-18~) Overhead MB Slams Rotational MB Slams While you still want to be cautious in your movements, your body is ready to start moving quicker. With a ball in the 4-8lbs range you can start to throw the MB with more intensity

Matt Cuneo was a 2017 graduate of Babson College . In high school he had TJ. Post-surgery at Babson, Matt set the all time saves record for the Beavers and was the staple of a bullpen that went to Regional Finals in 2016 and 2017.
