So my bike frame cracked near the bottom bracket, and I brought it back to the shop. In about 30 min, Trek gave me a brand new bike, even upgrading from FX 2 to FX 3. Thanks Trek!

How Twilio Writes Documentation: In their user research, they found that pages with fewer descriptive sentences before code samples performed much better with users. As a result, the emphasize code samples over descriptive text.

I think I've watched "This is America" by Childish Gambino about half a dozen times. Glover's artistic genius is mesmerizing. The way he interweaves contrasting music and attitudes together is thought-provoking.

Re information foraging, I believe this is a common term (along with "information scent") that originate from HCI or other UX fields. See for example. Glad to know that you remembered the term from my talk last year.
