How is it that marketing can use terms however they want without repercussion? Like, our service is "unlimited" and "5G" -- except it's not. There are data caps and it's 4GLTE only. But they're going with terms that resonate with customers...?

are there really engineering teams using waterfall methodologies today? agile scrum has become so integral to the way engineering teams develop software, i would be shocked to see waterfall actually used. anyway, let me get around to that post so that i can elaborate more.

i routinely find that many tech writers don't plug into agile nor follow any agile approach with docs, when in reality the process makes a lot of sense in tech companies where agile (usually scrum) is how nearly every engineer goes about their work.

sorry about that. can you try again (accessing directly from a web page)? if it's still down, can you tell me which page URL you're going to? (i had forgotten to update the podcast URLs when i switched up some hosting details for the media this weekend.) i just pushed out update

almost every tech organization i've been in for the past decade has used scrum in one adaptation or another. when i try to model similar processes with docs, it seems like other engineers just get it. anyway, i need to elaborate more in a post to get my thoughts out.

I recently changed the URLs for where i stored all the media. it might take a little while for the feeds to catch up. Is it still down for you? if so, try accessing the URLs from the specific pages on my site.

One aspect of the docs-as-code conversation needs to be expanded. Docs-as-code doesn't just include tools, but processes as well. If you treat docs like code, then you also organize work in sprints following agile scrum.
