    The science is also clear: Schools can safely open, cases rarely spread outdoors, and pointless lockdowns like California's (closing outdoor dining and playgrounds) are harmful and counterproductive.

    These vaccines will save millions of lives. And cases have declined by 80% in a few weeks. This is all great news and is far better than we could have hoped for when we started Operation Warp Speed.

    These vaccines work! The odds of catching or transmitting the virus after being vaccinated are low. The odds of having severe symptoms, being hospitalized, or dying are extremely low. In Israel, deaths have been reduced by *99%* for those who have been vaccinated.

    Thanks to Operation Warp Speed, we have two highly-effective vaccines that arrived in about 1/5th the normal time. When FDA completes its costly (and unnecessary) delay reviewing the J&J vaccine, we'll likely have a third.
