Also need consider the high and low risk athlete e.g cumulative risk score, trabecular sites e.g Nattiv. Challenge is the lack clear descriptions of RTS in most of these studies

Absolutely fantastic presentation by ⁦ on nutrition&rehab! Highlighting the importance of NOT cutting the calories-> just accelerates the loss of LBM of the immobilised limb. EE (DLW) isn’t that much reduced & RMR can even be higher after injury.
