Naw there was a queue with a waiting time of about an hour, eventually ended up in Burntisland and got a fish supper there which was one of the best I've ever had. Sue Perb!

A day spent with South Queensferry Coastguard, caught up with some of our coastal lifeguards at Aberdour and Burntisland beach. Give these guys and galls a big shout out for all that they do.

Joined in with the community beach clean at Burntisland this morning for my Much needed as the town's been popular to visit this week! Thanks The Beach House, Burntisland for co-ordinating, & providing bags, grabbers & hot choc at the end!

I recently did that walk for the first time, beautiful strech along the Fife coastal path. I went from Kirkcaldy to Aberdour, then a wander around the village

This photo was taken out in the bay of Burntisland, Fife. I was facing eastward, looking towards Pettycur Beach and Caravan Park. To the right is that town. The tide can come in quite quickly in this shallow bay, so one should keep an eye on it. It fills the bay from the South.🌞

Are restarting beach cleans tomorrow too. All this time consuming work shouldn't need to happen if people took more care when visiting. You've decided it's a nice place to visit so let's leave it that way when you've gone.

This is the scene near every bin around Burntisland Links and the beach today. All because the Council and/or Community Council won't spend money on Gull Proof bins. They can afford to employ someone clean it up but not to prevent it!

A round of applause goes out to the people who volunteer their time on a daily basis to try and keep that area clean from rubbish. Last night they collected 5 bags of rubbish and various beach equipment and toys. Fife Street Champions, we thank you.πŸ‘πŸΌ
