What else ;) I‘ll send in another PR with support for eventfd soon.. the only syscall performed without Tmds.LibC at the moment.. also I‘m thinking about adding uname to disable the registration on unsupported kernel versions

Good point, I started a reference type implementation of my benchmark using Channels in this branch: So far the "official" Microsoft.Extensions.ObjectPool does not look like a good option for this kind of workload...
