More than 30 rallies are taking place in Minsk right now, at least 7 protests in regions. Internet is cut off, metro closed. It’s a March of Neighbours today, repeating the successful format of the last Sunday’s protest,when security forces were disoriented and lacking resources.

Protestors in have adopted a different protesting technique and instead of one large gathering they are now grouping in local boroughs. This way there is not enough riot police to go around all boroughs.
