I was abused by someone on Twitter a few years ago. I didn’t respond and merely reported the behaviour to Twitter who immediately acted and permanently blocked the user.

Carole that’s one of the biggest issues - if the culture is not seen to be supportive of those who are bullied, people would rather leave than go through the rigmarole.
