Canada has a national election in a few days. The candidate with the highest favorables is . He’s with the New Democratic Party. I know what you’re thinking: New Democrats are bad, right? Yes! Except in Canada, where they’re good. I know, it’s all very confusing.

Just passed a group of teenage boys at Bloor and Dufferin. They all said they’d vote for if they could. Couldn’t think of a better endorsement today. 😜

This MP has done nothing but attack our opposition caucus at QPark. Ask me how many offers of assistance I’ve received from ANY Toronto Liberal in our fight against Ford.... Zero. That’s how many. Zero. Don’t hand me this crap and expect me to sit down and take it.

Ontario Liberals froze hospital budgets for 4 years as hallway medicine was getting worse. The long-term bed waitlist nearly doubled under the Ontario Liberals. Don’t let them con you with their empty promises and useless trinkets.

So I showed a piece of ID at a store and the clerk goes “hey you have the same last name as the future prime minister”. This was one of the few times when a stranger looked at me and didn’t think of something negative. is changing perceptions one day at a time.

What has the NDP holding the balance of power ever done for us?! Other than medicare, the Canada Pension Plan, Canada Student Loans program, the 40-hour work week, same-sex marriage and funding for healthcare and public services instead of corporate tax cuts. Disaster!

Trudeau is blaming the NDP for Doug Ford? During the 2018 election, the Liberals made the cynical decision to attack the NDP instead of Ford in order to help themselves. They spent the last days of their campaign saying “Stop the NDP,” sounding just like Ford

Actually, it’s working people in this country that generate wealth. But Liberal & Conservative governments give all the breaks to the ultra-rich, leaving less for everyone else. We’re going to ensure those at the very top pay their fair share - and we’re not afraid to say it.

This is 9 yr old Ronak. I met him at my Sunday coffee chat. Ronak sees himself in Jagmeet, and like many Canadians, feels truly represented for the first time. He believes in Jagmeet’s message. Watch Ronak read his letter to . He hopes he hears it!

In 2015, I strategically voted Liberal. In 2018, my local MPP (hello ) helped me realize I don’t have to vote between bad and worse. In 2019, I personally don’t care what Mulcair has to say. You didn’t win my vote. Jagmeet won my vote. Thanks and bye 👋

I’m left wondering how many New Democrats who left for a fling with Trudeau four years ago are now prepared to come back home. That may be the defining question of the final two weeks.
