If there is not going to be accountability and justice in Burma then the international community needs to look at all options including ICC referral. The latter would need the support of the security council which it may not get so we need to look at other options too

In 2017, Myanmar’s registered labour force totalled 22.3 million. Of that, the participation rate for males was 77.5% while that for females was 47.8%, according to the 2015-2017 Labour Force Survey. The unemployment rate in 2017 was 1.55% vs 0.8% in 2015.
