Yeah recognition is always nice.

Totally fair point. Certainly I've played games with kids where it is meant to be too complicated for them and they have handled it fine.

I'm pretty sure those ratings would not be enforceable by any store selling them unless they chose to. BBFC/PEGI regulations apply to computer games and films only and are a legal requirement for companies to follow.

You've done a great job engagement wise on instagram and here. I'm getting better at that which has helped push my numbers up and my enjoyment of managing the social media side of my presence. Would be nice to hit 800 before the year is out.

When I first started out on the podcast I had no idea if we would even get to the end of the year. Now we are $2 off our first stretch goal with an international audience. Yeah it's not in the thousands, but we seem to be picking up people every cast. I count that as a success.

Hmm. I think that is beyond successful. For the podcast I have no idea. I had an idea of 100 downloads per cast being a good starting point and we are now beyond that. I think it's a moveable feast in a lot of ways. I am getting more people approaching me to review which is nice

The ultimate aim would be to live off the writing and podcast.

They are just reporting on what is happening now. Speculating about what they might make in the next quarter would definitely be poor journalism.

I guess with that scale of project you have to hit a lot of units to make it profitable and the margins are probably pretty tight

100% agreed. Again standees would bring the cost of these games down, make them potentially recyclable a lot easier and reduce shipping costs with smaller boxes. I think these companies are pricing themselves out of the market.

This is a neat thing. The gaming community always impresses.

I think this bubble may be bursting. Not KS in general but minis heavy games with huge lead times.

Many thanks to our latest patron Simon Marr, putting us only $2 away from our first goal! Today we have released our first Idle Thoughts cast for our $2 and above patrons so there has never been a better time to support us!

We are going to be recording our Awards show special next week, going out over December. What categories do you think we should cover and what games do you think deserve to be nominated? Happy to accept silly categories.

Totally nuts. I'm actually quite enjoying Keyforge. This kind of response to perceived power is madness

Also we have literally no idea what any 'meta' looks like at the moment. That deck may be the best one out, it may just have lots of rares. No clue.
