I’d love to visit your shop - if only I was closer! A secondhand shop is an entirely different matter, I never leave those empty handed 😂

How often do you go into a bookshop just to browse through all the titles, and not to buy anything?

Nobody panic - I popped to Age UK in the lunch break and managed to pick up these two for £1.50 each. The question now is which do I read?

I keep buying new books. Despite having many books. And moaning I don’t have time to read the books. But I like looking at the books. And smelling the books. And saying “I have that book! I just haven’t read it. But I will. When I’ve read that book. Oh & that book!” Books. Books.

It was so great to meet two amazing authors in person! and ’s comments on their writing experience, the relationship between writers and characters, and the relationship between mother and daughter were really interesting. And I got my books signed 😆

Does anyone have days where everything Bookish they need to do is just too overwhelming? I forget to share my blog posts, I need to write more of them, I’m behind on reviews and bookstagram photos, I didn’t post on insta yesterday and haven’t tweeted in days 😂 I’ll catch up soon
