For the last several builds I've had disk I/O blocking the system doing basically nothing but at 100% usage, slow general performance, and FPS drops across the system, even with just updating the Windows UI, e.g., moving windows, menu fly out, animations, etc, (games as well).

Started having these issues with build 17101.
Hasn't been fixed yet.
