Such an headline. Samsung has an incredible technological and sales lead over Apple (even if Apple makes more profit) Apple even uses so much Samsung tech in the iPhone. Give them more credit

Yes I raised a complaint but it doesn't help resolve the fact that you're going to leave me 10 days without a debit card. Especially when I specifically asked you not to block or cancel it

sends bank card out. Doesn't contact customer when they are told the card wasn't delivered. Blames customer for not being at home..when the customer was at home all day.

I've tried to reach Customer Relations but they won't talk to me. Was promised they'd be in touch on Thursday but heard nothing. Then promised it would be Friday but again nothing. I just got promised it would happen today...Not expecting it.

So when you told me to book a hotel due to a flight cancellation did you actually mean 'sleep at the airport'. And when you say the cancellation was 'extrodinary circumstamces' are you saying the safety and performance of your planes is out of your control?

I've just had an email saying u will not be paying the cost of the hotel I had to book due to a cancellation. Yet at the time of cancellation in the communication sent to me you said, in writing, you would. What has changed?
