I love a good dive bar! I am working in Pittsburgh this week, maybe a stop at Gooski's The Black Bartenders Who Created the Dive Bar The roots of the dive bar go back to the 19th century and quite possibly to Buffalo, New York. by

Aperol is 11% ABV, which is too low in alcohol and too high in sugar to be of much use. I hacked it to raise the proof to Campari's level and used it in a Negroni, which was amazing.

So inspiring to watch set up the bar in the new documentary ! “My experience in hospitality has prepared me so well for this race. I'm used to being on my feet 18 hours a day. I'm used to receiving a lot of heat. I'm used to people trying to make me feel bad."
