Thank you! This is an ongoing thing, the trademark registration just sent me over the edge. Lots of good stuff to shift my focus to after this rant :)

I justify this to myself by saying at least people are enjoying my game. It's the only way to ignore the stress. I just think people need to know this is common practice. Know where your products are coming from, check the seller or buy directly from the creator

Example: a counterfeit game (straight edged book box is a dead giveaway) with 95 reviews. How many do you think they sold to get 95 reviews? A LOT. Think I'll get a dollar? nope.

Yes you do. But you know what's messed up? I have to decide if it's worth my money to pay a lawyer thousands of dollars, because it's unlikely I'll make that money back.

It's hard enough to make a living as an artist. These huge businesses don't care. The stress dealing with this kind of thing when it's already hard enough to make ends meet is unbelievable. A game I made from scratch, that I love and I'm proud of. They don't care.

allows counterfeit games to be sold worldwide. It would be a FULL TIME JOB to continuously report them. I literally can't do it, and I can't afford to use a lawyer for this. If I get one removed, another replaces it. Amazon profits and they are too big to fight on this.

. Someone has successfully (/fraudulently) trademarked the name of a game I created (OrganAttack) and sells counterfeits on , please let me how this will be fixed. ()
