I'm not saying Boris Johnson is struggling here, but Gazza has just rocked up outside Westminster with a fishing rod and a bucket of KFC.

The biggest issue is having the criteria set as grandparents. Should be parents. If 1 parent is English & 1 Australian, players should be able to play for either nation. Adding place of birth to this would make sense too. Essentially meaning some could choose from 3 nations

I think Hastings has said he still would still play for Australia if he got the chance. Austin & Coote have said they wouldn’t, although they probably would get a chance. Personally I think it makes a difference.

Imagine the scenes if London beat Leeds tomorrow. The bottom five teams will all be on 20 points with two games left!

A year ago today I was unable to walk having suffered a stroke. Thanks to the mindset learned as an Olympian, 2 months later I was back running! Today I’m thankful to my family, friends, fans, and for the incredible support!

Think it’s a great idea. There is loads of talent out there, I don’t think many professionals clubs do enough to find it or develop it.

I agree, they have probably acted in a way that has supported their staff and players . But probably that way has meant it’s taken longer to stabilise the club financially.

Pretty sure it’s decided on a case by case scenario. The other clubs mentioned probably proved their stability quicker.
