Lou, Mo and Rebecca are getting on with it in the Alps. 19# 4000m peaks done in just 1 week!!! That takes the tally to 33. Keep following them on their Project Alpine Spirit page. AMI are following them every step.

Running around yesterday with group. Misty, moody weather gave way to some stunning views and allowed for swimming.

Today’s rain and yesterday’s a distant memory already! 🤣 Ace to see Julian and daughter Abs swinging leads, and to have helped them get to the stage where she can bring dad up trickier climbs!

Damp end to a good week with Tom and Doug. Climbed Hope in the drizzle (perfect parallel ropework from Tom), bit of Scrambling then they were called out to rescue folk on Snowdon. Early brew for me...

A good decision to stay inside today to look at multi pitch climbing rescues and problem solving today. Bekay and Calum are both strong climbers with lots of rope work experience so they soaked up a remarkable amount of information!
