Resilience at work has been a bit of a fad for a while now. Is resilience training a good thing? Not space for it here, but I don't think it's simple. Increased resilience combined with increased work stress, doesn't feel like a good outcome to me.

It’s Friday , how are you doing? Me- 26 degrees in Scotland, I took the morning off to celebrate my partners excellent work result and have a fancy brunch so mostly I’m 👍👍 but somehow there’s still some flatness lurking re: world news etc
